Corrupted Blood

Across the kingdom, tens of thousands lay dead of the deadliest plague off all. The villainous and the innocent alike lay fallen. While the brave seek to protect the uninfected and stop the spread of the infection, madmen seek it out actively, these monsters spread the sickness gleefully with one intention: to laugh while the world around them parishes in disease and burns down around them. Above all this strife the digital Gods seek a remedy but any cure they devise could be worse than the horrors of the plague and so they bide their time as the dead pile up. Who could be to blame for these horrors? Well, that name is not lost to time, it was clearly the work of the blood god, Hakkar the Soulflayer who unleashed the plague. A plague studied to this very day by disease experts and sociologists alike. The name of this plague: The Corrupted Blood! Also it was all within a video game.
